01. Where We Ship

We currently ship to customers in the United States, Australia, and European Union countries.

EU countries we ship to: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, the Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, the Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, and Sweden.

Remote area notice: Delivery may be limited in certain remote locations, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and some dependent islands.

02. Shipping Rates

Complimentary

Free standard shipping on orders over $39.90.

Flat Rate

A $6.90 shipping fee applies to orders of $39.90 or less.

03. Processing & Delivery

Every order is carefully reviewed and prepared before shipment. Please allow 2–4 business days for processing.

United States 5–7 business days

European Union & Australia 5–8 business days

04. Shipping Carriers

We work with trusted shipping partners, including USPS, UPS, FedEx, and GOFOR. Your carrier will be selected based on your delivery location and the most suitable service available.

05. Taxes & Pricing

We aim to make checkout clear and transparent. All prices are displayed before purchase, and any applicable taxes or fees are calculated based on your location and payment requirements.

06. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details. Use the link in the email to follow your package’s delivery progress.

07. Haven’t Received Your Order?

If the estimated delivery window has passed, please:

  • Confirm that your shipping address is correct.
  • Review the latest tracking updates.
  • If the package is marked “Delivered,” check nearby safe locations and ask your neighbors, family members, or building staff.
